Pathways Community Mental Health
Adults who have a chronic or severe mental illness and have or are expected to experience significant impairment in their day to day functioning are eligible to receive services at Pathways. Bi-polar disorder, Schizophrenia, and severe depression are examples of the types of illnesses treated by Pathways.
Children with Serious Emotional Disturbance:
Children facing major struggles in their home, school, or community because of serious emotional disturbance are eligible for services at Pathways. A child with a serious emotional disturbance has a severe mental health diagnosis, a significant history of serious behavioral/emotional problems, and often a significant mental health treatment history.
