From infusion chart preparation to discharge rounds, Epic’s Agent Factory is supporting clinical teams across health systems of all sizes.
Advocate Health and ECU Health are seeing tangible results with Epic’s Agent Factory. Advocate Health is using autonomous agents for inpatient pharmacy workflows and infusion chart preparation, while ECU Health has deployed AI-generated chart summaries across all nine of its hospitals. The summaries give case managers a fast, accurate view of patients’ complete hospital stays during daily discharge rounds. According to ECU Health’s Jacob Parrish, the technology has already reduced chart review time by approximately 20 hours per week.
