9 Great Investments for a Better Night’s Rest

Insomnia and other sleep issues are prevalent, so there’s no wonder why there are so many different types of sleep aids available. A weighted blanket isn’t simply a blanket. It produces the same physiological calming effects as a hug. If you’re anxious at bedtime, one of these blankets can reduce your stress and send you into a peaceful slumber.
