9 Great Investments for a Better Night’s Rest

Insomnia and other sleep issues are prevalent, so there’s no wonder why there are so many different types of sleep aids available. Almost everyone would probably say they could use a better night’s sleep. There are some easy ways to help this, most requiring very little monetary investment and all worth a try.

Light is essential in your sleep/wake cycle. With blackout curtains, you can use light therapy sources like an infrared led heat lamp to stay in optimal health and keep your circadian rhythm on track.

2. Weighted Blanket

A weighted blanket isn’t simply a blanket. It produces the same physiological calming effects as a hug. If you’re anxious at bedtime, one of these blankets can reduce your stress and send you into a peaceful slumber.
