Patient PULSE will provide patients of IMF’s partner practices the much desired self-service experience by automating transactions such as appointment scheduling, pre-registration, etc. It will enable them to view their health records and conveniently access lab and radiology reports online in real-time, while at home, on the go, or at the point-of-care on any mobile device. Patients will also be able to interact with their IMF care team through secure messaging anytime, strengthening the patient-provider relationship.
