greenbelt dentists

If you decided to become a dentist greenbelt – best family practice patient, you need to know the following things about your first visit to our clinic:

You will be welcomed by a KPS (Key Patient Guide) before consulting with a competent physician. The KPG will act as a clinical guide for you throughout the treatment, and his central role will be to make the link between you and your doctor/clinic as transparent and harmonious as possible.

Step 1

You must know that all information is CONFIDENTIAL.Read carefully everything that is written in the sheet on all pages because every detail is essential to both your doctor and you.
You will be asked to sign what you wrote on the front page before the consultation, the signature that authenticates the veracity of the written information.

Step 2

The panoramic radiography is essential in the correct You will be asked to fill in and sign a legal fiche, which is legally binding for you and for us.From a medical point of view, the card is essential for the doctor who is going to consult you, because, besides some of the usual personal information, there are several highlights related to your health. These are the headlines that help the doctor very much in making decisions about initiating one treatment or another.
and complete diagnosis of all dental problems. The radiography can be done during your first visit to the clinic if you do not already have an X-ray (it is necessary that it is not older than three months and in some cases six months). See here.

There are times when, for accurate diagnosis of specific problems, you should also be advised to carry out some detailed radiographs during the first visit.

Step 3

The clinical consultation that your doctor will make. Now is the time to actually make the clinical diagnosis of all the problems that physicians find on both physical and panoramic radiographs. During the consultation, it is essential to discuss with your doctor any problem or desires you have, because further planning also depends on these aspects.

Step 4

At the end of the consultation, some basic medical photos will be taken to further develop the treatment plan. This step is very important as it prepares the next visit to the clinic, the visit where you will be presented in detail all the treatment options required by your doctor and the financial planning by KPG plus a few financial solutions that you can benefit from.
Presentation of the treatment plan is not done on the first visit because each case is individual, planning may often involve more specialists who need to analyze the case (based on the radiography, medical photographs and initial clinical diagnosis). The specialists will collaborate interdisciplinaryly with your doctor for solutions and to establish the next steps in the treatment.

Step 5

At the end of the consultation, you will be asked to sign your consent to begin the treatment established with your dentist. This is on page two, so we recommend reading that page before, even if it looks too much. All information is essential for you, as well as for your doctor.

Step 6

Scheduling the second visit to present all the medical and financial solutions.

If you schedule a consultation for a complete and correct treatment plan, the following are mandatory: panoramic radiography, medical picture set, and proper clinical consultation.Panoramic radiography can be performed in any radiology center or at our clinic, but if it was done in another center, the radiography should be no older than 3/6 months for the diagnosis to be correct.

As a result of this first contact, you no longer have to worry about other details regarding the evolution of treatment neither medical nor financial because all of your medical and financial histories are described in detail in the medical software. We are currently using such a method which we continuously improve on each particular case that may occur during our collaboration with you. At the same time, you have permanent contact with the KPG who can always answer any questions or information you may have about your treatment.
