CareCloud has launched Marketware, a physician relationship management and analytics platform for hospitals, expanding its portfolio following the recent acquisition of Medsphere.
The platform is designed to help hospitals strengthen physician engagement and optimize their referral networks.
CareCloud co-CEO Stephen Snyder stated:
“Marketware is a powerful addition to our hospital IT portfolio. It provides hospitals with a data-driven approach to identify opportunities, strengthen physician relationships, and drive growth at a time when financial stability is more critical than ever.
“We want the market to recognize that Marketware is an integral part of the CareCloud family, and we are committed to expanding its impact as we integrate AI-driven insights and tools from our broader product portfolio.”
The platform offers hospital executives actionable intelligence through interactive dashboards and analytics, enabling organisations to track referral patterns and identify areas of leakage. This helps keep patients within the healthcare system while improving continuity of care.
In addition, Marketware enhances physician engagement by pinpointing opportunities for greater collaboration and outreach.
The platform supports strategic planning by delivering insights on community needs, service line performance, and competitive pressures.
It also measures the impact of physician relationship initiatives by connecting them directly to financial outcomes, patient access, and growth in patient volumes.
Marketware is being integrated with CareCloud’s revenue cycle management tools, AI Center of Excellence, and inpatient electronic health record (EHR) systems.
This integration enables hospitals to correlate physician relationship data with financial and operational performance.
CareCloud will host a Marketware demonstration this October, offering hospitals the chance to explore the platform’s full capabilities.
Earlier this year, Alpine Ear, Nose & Throat (Alpine ENT) adopted CareCloud’s FrontDesk Assist front-office solution as part of a revenue cycle management partnership.
