ChiroTouch Acquires EON Systems

ChiroTouch™, the nation’s leader in chiropractic EHR and practice management software, announced that EON Systems, a provider of billing, scheduling, and EHR software to chiropractors and other healthcare practitioners, has decided to join forces with ChiroTouch.

“Our top priorities include staying on the leading edge of healthcare information and helping the chiropractor have a louder voice in the healthcare system,” said Robert Moberg, CEO of ChiroTouch.  “It is our belief that the EON acquisition will increase our depth of expertise within the chiropractic industry, and we will be better positioned to support the profession with leading edge technology.” Moberg added, “EON, with its innovative software and services, will allow us to integrate enhanced features and best practices with the capacity to transform our suite of offerings to chiropractors over the next few years.”

Derek Greenwood, President of EON commented, “I am thrilled to be joining the Chirotouch family. Together, we can more effectively offer new and exciting technology which includes features that will help every office become more efficient and less stressful. Our combined resources and technology will bring in a new era of advanced yet easy-to-use technology.  I am eager to help bring the best and the brightest together with the ultimate goal of creating the ideal chiropractic software system.  It doesn’t get more exciting than that.”

According to Moberg, ChiroTouch’s goal and commitment to the chiropractic profession is to deliver technology solutions that support regulatory compliance, improve patient management for better care delivery, and assemble data to prove the cost and clinical effectiveness of chiropractic care.  “We are in full support of the chiropractic profession and do everything we can to help these doctors be an integral part of a patient’s healthcare choice and healthcare conversation,” said Moberg.  “In the end, helping to substantiate chiropractic and demonstrate its efficacy with access to growing data and clinical evidence will help the Chiropractic profession’s overall success within the American healthcare system.”
