CliniComp, Intl., a global provider of hospital-wide clinical documentation systems and Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions, has achieved ONC HIT 2014 Edition Complete Inpatient and Ambulatory EHR certification for CliniComp|EHR version 213.02. This milestone designates that CliniComp’s software is capable of supporting eligible hospitals and eligible providers with meeting the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Meaningful Use measures required to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). CliniComp|EHR v213.02 was certified on December 11, 2014 by ICSA Labs, an Office of the National Coordinator-Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) in accordance with the certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS).

“We are extremely pleased that this certification will help our customers demonstrate Meaningful Use for the Inpatient and Ambulatory environments, so that they can continue to offer high-quality patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance,” said Chris Haudenschild, chairman and CEO of CliniComp. “As Meaningful Use evolves, we will continue to innovate, which we believe will allow providers to meet and exceed ongoing government regulations.”

This complete EHR certification marks the official product name change to CliniComp|EHR (previously Essentris®) v213.02, built on the same successful Inpatient foundation of decades of non-stop operation to now include Ancillaries and expansion into Ambulatory, all on an industry leading adaptable and interoperable architectural platform. Hospitals can choose CliniComp’s high value one stop solution, or elect to retain components of their current investment and place CliniComp’s clinicals on top. The CliniComp platform, with its unique and novel architecture, is capable of adapting to general systems and data bases without sacrificing current or archived data.

CliniComp|EHR v213.02’s inpatient certification number is 140343R00 and its ambulatory certification number is 140342R00 ONC HIT certification conferred by ICSA Labs does not represent an endorsement of the certified EHR technology by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

The clinical quality measures to which CliniComp|EHR v213.02 has been certified include: (Inpatient) CMS#31v2, CMS#32v3, CMS#55v2, CMS#71v3, CMS#72v2, CMS#91v3, CMS#102v2, CMS#104v2, CMS#105v2, CMS#107v2, CMS#108v2, CMS#110v2, CMS#111v2, CMS#114v2, CMS#178v3, CMS#185v2, CMS#190v2; The clinical quality measures to which CliniComp|EHR v213.02 has been certified include: (Ambulatory) CMS#2v3, CMS#65v3, CMS#68v3, CMS#69v2, CMS#82v1, CMS#124v2, CMS#125v2, CMS#126v2, CMS#138v2, CMS#153v2, CMS#158v2, CMS#165v2.
