As the key conference of Health IT leaders, strategists, policymakers, providers, vendors and professionals, the Summit, co-organized by LeadingAge, LeadingAge CAST and tour partners in the LTPAC Health IT Collaborative, continues to advance initiatives facing the LTPAC sector as well as the interfacing, interacting, and partnering with the acute care and payer’s worlds.
