Healthcare Insights Exhibits at the 2015 HFMA Dixie Institute

The annual conference brings together hospital finance executives to discuss critical issues facing health care providers in the southern states and beyond.

In addition to celebrating its latest prestigious KLAS designation, HCI’s participation as an exhibitor at the Dixie Institute will afford the opportunity to promote its new capabilities since merging with NOMISe(R), Inc. in October. The two firms have come together to offer a unified source for integrated, end-to-end financial management solutions-top-performing financial management and cost accounting software and consulting and outsourced costing services-that help hospitals lower costs while delivering higher quality patient care.

The merger, according to David Beto, HCI chief growth and business development officer, created a unique synergy. It answers a critical industry need for decision support that not only brings together financial and episode of care data but also “more robust knowledge transfer, sustained support, and expertise” so hospital executives, administrators, managers, and clinicians know how to actually use the analytics to manage cost and quality effectively.

“As we work with hundreds of hospitals around the country, finance leaders tell us one of their chief concerns is bringing in a piece of software only to be left on their own after the initial implementation,” said Beto. “Our KLAS ranking isn’t just for our software, it’s equally for the support that comes along with the software-the training, the follow up, the after-implementation attention, the continual service our clients receive. It’s not just the data, it’s what people are able to do with it and how people use it to achieve results that make the difference.”

Healthcare Insights will be exhibiting in Booth #27 during the Dixie Institute, which is slated for February 17 – 20, 2015, at the Charleston Place Hotel.
