New EHR integration boosts HealthTree’s connectivity to more than 7,300 hospitals.
SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — HealthTree Foundation, a global nonprofit focused on unifying fragmented medical records to speed blood cancer breakthroughs, announced that patients receiving care at facilities using Flatiron Health and CareSpace can now securely link their medical records to the HealthTree platform. These integrations expand HealthTree’s existing connections, which already include Epic, Cerner, and the U.S. Veterans Health Administration (VA).
The addition of Flatiron Health and CareSpace brings support for more than 800 U.S. facilities. With this expansion, HealthTree now connects to over 7,300 treatment centers and health systems.
Leveraging modern, standards-based FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) technology, HealthTree enables smoother, safer data exchange and provides patients and care teams with quicker access to lab results, treatment information, unified medical histories, and opportunities to participate in real-world research.
“Due to regulatory constraints, only patients can consolidate their own medical records into a single health record,” said Jenny Ahlstrom, HealthTree CEO and Founder. “A complete record unlocks new possibilities for AI-driven, personalized care and empowers patients to play a key role in accelerating cures.”
With a unified record, patients can monitor all labs in one place, explore personalized treatment options, and view eligible clinical trials. They can also share anonymized data with trusted researchers to support faster scientific progress. The Flatiron Health and CareSpace integrations significantly broaden the reach and impact of the HealthTree platform.
