How Real-Time Data Delivers a Perfect Customer

customer experience has become a vital part of buying. It takes more than having the best product or price, and if you don’t create an experience that makes the customer happy and at ease, then that customer will look elsewhere for their needs. Technology, social media, and online sites give the customer more choices than ever before when it comes to finding what they want.
