Human Health Secures £4.1 Million in Seed Funding

Founded by former Canva team members, the precision health platform will use the funding to drive its UK expansion, enhance its technology, and grow its research partnerships.

Patient-focused precision health platform Human Health has raised £4.1 million in seed funding to accelerate its UK expansion, enhance its platform, and grow research partnerships as it develops Precision Health OS — a system designed to support people managing chronic conditions.

Founded by former product leaders at Canva, the funding round was led by LocalGlobe, Airtree, and Skip Capital, with participation from notable angel investors including Arvind Rajan (Cricket Health), Eric Salama (former CEO of Kantar), and David Shein (General Partner at OIF Ventures).

Human Health positions itself as a company building patient-centric solutions that foster innovation around individuals rather than healthcare providers. Its platform enables users to monitor their health, uncover hidden trends, and generate actionable insights through a continuous feedback loop.

“Our mission is simple — to make personalised healthcare accessible to everyone,” said co-founder Kate Lambridis. “Today, too many people are left waiting, repeating their stories to multiple doctors, and struggling to manage complex conditions without the right support. Human Health aims to change that.”

A Connected Health Journey
Human Health empowers patients to bring together their complete health story—securely capturing their medical history, symptoms, and treatments in one place. The platform not only tracks key health information but also uses AI to uncover hidden patterns and correlations across the mind, body, and lifestyle. It can be tailored to focus on specific areas such as mental health, pain, gut health, women’s health, autoimmune conditions, or sleep.

Today, more than 200,000 patients worldwide use Human Health, collectively logging over 20 million health actions, with more than 40,000 new entries recorded each day.

The latest funding round will support the rollout of more advanced intelligent features, expansion into new health areas, and the ability for patients to contribute anonymized data to research initiatives.

Human Health also plans to grow its B2B platform, Human Evidence, which allows select life sciences partners to access real-world, patient-reported data for research and clinical studies.

“Our mission is to place patients at the heart of medicine—at the center of their own care and of how we advance medical research,” said co-founder Georgia Vidler. “By connecting lived experiences with real-world data, we can create a healthcare system that learns from patients, not just treats them.”

According to Crunchbase, the company has previously raised A$10.2 million (£5.1 million) across two earlier funding rounds.
