MCN Healthcare founders boost marketing and technology by bringing in two seasoned managers from IBM & GE
MCN Healthcare announced the appointment of two new members of the leadership team reporting directly to co-founders Amanda Valuer and Pam Gustafson. They are Anne Sand and Jon Yourkin. Both bring extensive experience from IBM and GE.

Ms. Sand will lead the IT management and software development of all MCN products. She brings extensive experience in building technical organizations and leading product development teams.
As a founding member of IBM’s Healthcare and Life Sciences business unit, she helped to grow the division from its inception to a significant segment of IBM’s business. Anne is a prolific inventor and looks forward to bringing continued innovation to MCN’s suite of products.
“Jon is a highly regarded, strategic and innovative marketer, and having both Anne and Jon on board will significantly help us capitalize on our momentum and ensure the success of our offerings for our customers,” said Executive VP and Co-Founder Pam Gustafson.
Jon will develop and lead all marketing and sales initiatives for the Company’s portfolio of SaaS offerings, MCN Learning, and the MCN Foundation. In addition to his role as Commercial Leader, Jon will continue to work with MCN’s customers to drive simplicity in MCN’s offerings.
For a decade, Jon has been a proven marketer for a variety of campaigns and applications for GE Analytical Instruments (GEAI). He served as the lead product-marketing manager, where he oversaw all of the key marketing aspects of key applications for GEAI’s pharmaceutical market segment. A prolific connector, thought leader, part-time innovator, full-time customer advocate, and public speaker – Jon has a unique ability to create growth in unexpected ways.
