Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) is the fastest growing medical school in Texas, as well as one of the area’s largest healthcare providers. One of the biggest challenges healthcare organizations like TTUHSC face today is the time it takes to log in to multiple applications from various devices and locations. Karla Silva, Director of Clinical Systems Support at TTUHSC in Odessa, brought in Coretek because she was impressed with the clinical workflow system they designed for their location in Odessa. The result was a more efficient single sign-on system that could shorten log on times from 2 minutes to 3-5 seconds, saving clinicians 1-2 hours per day.
