LIGHTBEAM HEALTH SOLUTIONS LAUNCHES MARKETPLACE TO ADVANCE VALUE-BASED CARE INITIATIVES

The new Marketplace provides clients with integrated third-party solutions directly within Lightbeam’s industry-leading population health platform

IRVING, TX – Lightbeam Health Solutions, the leader in end-to-end population health management solutions, announces the launch of the Lightbeam Marketplace, a centralized hub for integrated value-based care services and solutions. The Marketplace expands Lightbeam’s core offerings through integrations with partners that provide technology and services including remote patient monitoring, collaboration tools, point of care integration, social determinants, and other capabilities to improve efficiency and extend population health operations.

“For years, Lightbeam has delivered data-driven insights to help organizations perform optimally in value-based care,” said Patrick Burton, VP of Business Development at Lightbeam. “However, we have yet to meet anyone with unlimited resource capacity to act upon all of these insights. The Lightbeam Marketplace brings a set of complementary solutions that help our clients with limited resources extend their reach into every facet of population health management.”

As an end-to-end solution, Lightbeam supports interoperable data exchange through the use of its open application programming interface (API). Marketplace solutions integrate and communicate with the Lightbeam platform directly, allowing clients easy access to additional data and services that enrich and inform their existing claims, clinical, and patient data within the application. Integrating these solutions also helps users extract more value from the Lightbeam platform and further advance outcomes and workflows.

The Marketplace continues to expand to include solutions that help Lightbeam clients scale their operational efforts. The solutions now available to clients include remote patient monitoring, patient engagement and clinical communication, and HCC documentation, with additional partners to be announced in the coming weeks.
