LIGHTBEAM VERSION 3.5 RELEASE ALIGNS WITH PROMINENT CMS INITIATIVES

IRVING, TX –  Lightbeam Health Solutions, the leader in end-to-end population health management solutions and services, announced the release of the newest version of its population health management platform: Version 3.5. The new version of the platform brings several substantial enhancements, most notably real-time notifications.

Version 3.5 helps manage admission, discharge, and transfer (ADT) events with real-time dashboards and notifications. The innovative infrastructure can also be used for notifications triggered by remote patient monitoring (RPM), wearable devices, and more, making the information available at the right place and time for providers and care teams.

“Version 3.5 is a large-scale release that gives providers and care managers more opportunities to see insights often hidden deeply in data,” said VP of Product Management, Celia Whatley. “Clinical professionals are often left waiting for data that becomes out of date quickly. We are confident our clients will love the power 3.5 gives them to act in hours, not days.”

In addition, Lightbeam has improved its HCC coding module, helping clients correctly code risk. The software now offers new ways to configure risk adjustment, allowing users to set different models and include additional risk adjustment factors and HCC counts for telehealth services.

Version 3.5 also includes enhancements to Lightbeam’s Care Management Module, including new workflows with fewer clicks, additional ways to view critical information simply by hovering, and new ways to customize assessments.

Lightbeam will be a full exhibition participant at this year’s HIMSS conference in Las Vegas from August 9-13, 2021. For more information on Lightbeam or to see a demonstration of the platform enhancements for real-time notifications and coding, visit booth #2060 in the Sands Expo.
