Burrito Express has been a successful small business for over 30 years. We started in a 250 square foot building equipped with our famous Tortilla Machine. Burrito Express quickly found need for growth and expansion and have grown to 2 locations in Roswell, one in Rio Rancho and one in Albuquerque. If you have a specific taste, you will love our build your own burrito feature on our daily menu. Choices of meat for your burrito are: hamburger, chicken, steak, asado. Your choice of red or green chile…or both! Then you select what goes in your burrito…Potatoes, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, or Jalapenos.
