In 2006, CareRight™ Technologies, LLC was started as a partnership between Happy Jack Software, Inc. (“HJS”), a software company
specializing in the development of web-based software and rich internet
applications, and Emissary Professional Group, LLC, (“EPG”) which
operates Emissary Pharmacy, a closed door pharmacy specializing in the
delivery of pharmaceuticals to 25 Long Term Care and HMO customers.
