Central WA Comprehensive

Since the 1970’s Comprehensive has been providing hope and services to children, adults, and families. This private nonprofit organization, provides a full range of mental health, chemical dependency, housing, veterans, domestic violence, and sexual assault services as well as community education and other specialized services throughout Yakima, Kittitas, and Klickitat Counties. More than 400 highly trained and qualified professional staff serve a three county area of over 290,000 population.

Comprehensive maintains offices in Cle Elum, Ellensburg, Yakima, Sunnyside, Goldendale, and White Salmon. CWCMH offers residential services in Yakima, Ellensburg, and Sunnyside and owns over 80 housing units throughout Yakima & Kittitas Counties.

The agency is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors comprised of interested community members, who live in the areas served by Comprehensive.
