CREOKS is a non-profit human services agency established in 1980, certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, and accredited by CARF.
We are dedicated to our mission by the continuing pursuit of ensuring affordability, quality, and integrity of all our services, as well as, promoting education, community partnerships, and the development of additional programs and methods to meet direct client needs and organizational challenges.
Our organization offers a wide-range of services in an all-in-one clinic or through home or school-based programs that help persons who may need brief counseling, substance abuse treatment or those struggling with severe mental or behavioral illesses.
Our professional staff is committed to the individual and strives to provide compassion and respect to their clients and their families by taking time to listen and properly assess their needs to provide workable and successful solutions. CREOKS Health Services is an established, non-profit organization providing comprehensive health, wellness and social services.
CREOKS Behavioral Health Services is the largest non-profit, mental health and substance abuse provider in Oklahoma, with 22 clinics that span across the eastern half of the state. This Division offers more than 35 years of quality services and programs that benefit adults, adolescents and children. CREOKS’ caring and professional staff provide outpatient behavioral health services in our clinics, in-home and through school-based programs to facilitate recovery and healthy family lives.
We’re currently renovating 40,000 square feet in what was previously Mervyns at the Tulsa Promenade Mall. Our Tulsa behavioral health clinic and administration offices are complete and operating in the new location. Once the balance of renovations concludes, the facility will also include a family medical practice, dental, home-health, and a commercial pharmacy. CREOKS Behavioral Health Services is certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and is accredited by CARF International.
