Diversifieds Boston office was founded with the mission of providing objective tenant representation, project programming, construction administration, facilities management and move coordination to our clients. Our Hartford, CT office was founded in 1996 to better serve the Hartford, New Haven and Western MA markets and in 2007 we added a Stamford, CT location to support the growing need for our services in the Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Over time, we have grown to become one of the largest and most respected project management firms in New England and have managed projects locally and nationally. Since 1989, we have worked with hundreds of clients totaling millions of square feet of space in virtually every type of business. Some specific industries have included; legal, software development, manufacturing, business services, telecommunications, high-tech, health care, biotech, school/institutional, financial services and many others diversified project management
The Diversified team is comprised of full-time Project Executives and Managers who interact to solve problems. Our staff comes from a variety of backgrounds and has extensive experience in general contracting, architecture, design, systems furniture, relocation, facilities management and CAD/CAFM.
Diversified is not compensated through vendor commissions or by percentage of project incentives. However, our constant interaction with the various vendors gives us buying power and ensures that they provide our clients the highest level of service and attention to detail. All revenues are generated on a fee-for-service basis, ensuring that there are no hidden agendas, and that our clients best interests are truly represented. Diversified Project Management (DPM), a leading provider of owner’s project management services throughout the greater Boston/New England region, is now a part of STV, a national construction management, architectural and engineering firm. DPM is now known as STV|DPM
STV|DPM is comprised of over 70 professionals in multiple offices throughout New England, with extensive hands-on technical and managerial experience. The union further strengthens our comprehensive understanding of all facets of construction, including the ability to foresee pending issues, explore alternative options, and quickly negotiate resolutions, while successfully executing projects of various sizes and complexities.This includes owner’s project management services, including strategic development advisory, owner’s representation, facilities management, and move management and relocation services.
With offices throughout the U.S., Canada and overseas, STV provides comprehensive construction management services to assist clients throughout the entire construction process—from pre-construction, through construction, to project closeout. We provide these services on a variety of projects in major building facility market areas, including education, public works, commercial and industrial, healthcare, judicial, and transportation.
