East Kentucky Support Services

East Kentucky Support Services is located in the scenic foothills of Eastern Kentucky.  Established in December 2003, EKSS is a privately owned and operated facility where the residents health, safety, and welfare are our primary concerns.  The facility is in operation seven days a week with a fully trained and motivated staff.

East Kentucky Support Services, Inc. began in December 2003 with the vision of Patricia Blair and Cathern Blair to create a company to assist individuals and their families in obtaining a safe and enriching environment where they can pursue their goals and achieve their fullest potentials.

East Kentucky Support Services, Inc. has grown steadily since its inception with two individuals.  We support approximately twenty individuals at the present time.  While we are currently accepting referrals, we have made the decision to limit the size to the company to ensure that we can continue to provide the level of personal attention and care that our individuals receive presently.

Personal care and attention are the hallmark of this organization.  Each member of this organization – from the Board of Directors to the direct care staff – is dedicated to meeting the needs, goals and dreams of the individuals we serve.
