Healthcare Services

Healthland

Founded in 1980, Healthland (formerly Dairyland Healthcare Solutions) has been serving the healthcare market for nearly 30 years. During that time, Healthland has grown into a leading nationwide provider of comprehensive healthcare information systems for rural and critical access hospitals.

In 1979, CPSI set out to fill a void in technology solutions tailored to hospitals in rural communities across the United States. We knew these facilities could deliver healthcare as sophisticated as the largest urban medical centers. All they needed were the right tools. Since that time, we have become a market leader through a focused effort on delivering solutions that cross all care settings. This holistic approach allows us to help our clients better connect communities and succeed in healthcare delivery.

Aware of the changes that began to emerge in healthcare delivery, CPSI expanded and created TruBridge. The company is dedicated to preparing clients to better manage their business office infrastructure in addition to providing a variety of IT outsourcing and consulting services. Clients are able to more efficiently manage operations so they can spend more time and focus on their mission — delivering quality care to the patients and communities they serve.

Recognizing the importance of growth and solid market position, CPSI acquired Healthland Holding, Inc. and its affiliates – Healthland, Inc., American HealthTech, Inc. and Rycan Technologies, Inc. This allowed CPSI and its family of companies to provide healthcare information systems to approximately 1,200 rural and community hospitals and 3,300 skilled nursing and senior care facilities. CPSI also expanded its footprint into the Canadian Healthcare market to address the growing appetite to modernize the country’s electronic health record systems.

Through its family of companies, today CPSI is a market leader, serving more than 4,600 acute, post-acute and ambulatory healthcare facilities across the United States. A combination of innovative solutions, thoughtful vision and proactive collaboration with key industry partners positions us better than any other company. It allows us to connect communities, patients and providers to facilitate and address more effective population health management. This results in better patient engagement and the advancement of quality care coordination, both today and well into the future.
