We are not kidding when we say we make our clients euphoric about documenting and handling their patients’ information electronically. Inforia does just that: we created an easier, more cost-effective way to implement and use electronic health record technology that we love seeing our clients easily use. We would never make our clients change the way they practice in order to use our software. Instead, we learn how each new client documents their patients’ visits with their existing paper charts and forms, and then design our system so that it replicates both their workflow and patient paper chart and forms.
Customizable
Thirty percent of the practices who are our clients replaced an existing EHR system with ours. In this situation, we work with them to customize a hybrid solution that takes the templates they like from their old system, coupled with templates they have designed, and set up a workflow in our system that makes sense for how they want the patient flow and documentation to work in their practice.
Efficient
There is no reduction in patient schedules or downtime during implementation of either our practice management system or our CaregiverDesktop EHR. Our clients report an immediate increase in efficiency and the ability to provide better patient care, which is what is most important!
Once a client is live on our system, we are there for them 24/7 to answer questions and provide assistance. We are never more than a phone call away!
Flexible
At Inforia, we are flexible. If our client likes their existing practice management system, we will integrate our EHR to it. We meet the needs of our clients, period. And since we are veteran integrators, we have no problem integrating with local hospitals or health information exchanges (HIEs).
Affordable
We are also committed to making our solutions affordable, with both the practice management system and the electronic health record software payable at a low monthly fee.
Open
The ideas and opinions of our clients are highly valued at inforia. We continuously solicit ideas from our clients on features and functions they’d like to see in our software to help them run their practices even more efficiently. Then we do our best to enhance our software accordingly – no cookie-cutter solutions here! And lunch-and-learns are common ways we teach our clients about new software and stay updated with their ever-changing needs! So yes, our clients really are euphoric about Inforia!
