Institute for Advanced Psychiatry

t the Institute of Advanced Psychiatry, we offer an integrative approach to our patients, including Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (Deep TMS, Brainsway), Ketamine infusions, medication , treatment of addiction to opioids (narcotics), brain Music Therapy and psychotherapy.

We focus on patients with severe and treatment resistant depression needing a new hope.

We are providing Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (Deep TMS, Brainsway) for the treatment of resistant major depression.

Deep TMS is a novel, FDA approved treatment for MDD. The magnetic coil stimulates deeper within the brain than rTMS and has been associated with a response rate of 75% and a remission rate of 35% in real life studies. Deep TMS is efficient even where multiple medications regimens have previously failed. Special protocols (some of them not FDA approved ) are available even for patients where standard TMS failed.
