New Perspectives Center

New Perspectives Center opened in 1995 and is a limited liability company, LLC. We are a private for-profit outpatient behavioral health facility that contracts with state licensed independent contractors (counselors and psychiatric nurse practitioners) to provide outpatient mental health services for toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families. We are certified by the Office of Mental Health and Addiction Services and take the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Medicare and commercial insurances.

In 2013 we became associated with the Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) for Marion and Polk Counties called Willamette Valley Community Health (WVCH). Through this affiliation, we became contract providers for the Mid-Valley Behavioral Care Network (MVBCN) which is comprised of many different behavioral health provider agencies. Each of these agencies offer different types and kinds of services in order to offer the consumer a variety of treatment specialties and options while looking for or receiving services/care.

We are moving from treatment to care. We partner with our clients in order to coordinate and navigate their care. We stress and teach healthy lifestyles and healthy choices while helping clients find resources that assist and support their recovery.
