Orlando Health is one of Florida’s most comprehensive private, not-for-profit healthcare networks, and is based in Orlando, FL. Our facilities, advanced medical treatments and procedures, and highly qualified staff have distinguished Orlando Health as a healthcare leader for nearly two million Central Florida residents and 4,500 international visitors annually.

Orlando Health is a $3.8 billion not-for-profit healthcare organization with more than 3,200 beds serving Central Florida and beyond. Consisting of eight wholly-owned or affiliated hospitals and rehabilitation centers, Orlando Health has the area’s only Level One Trauma Centers for adults and pediatrics, and is a statutory teaching hospital system that offers both specialty and community hospitals. They are: Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center; Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital; Orlando Health South Lake Hospital; Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital; Orlando Health – Health Central Hospital; Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children; Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies; and affiliate, St. Cloud Regional Medical Center. Areas of clinical excellence are heart and vascular, cancer care, neurosciences, surgery, pediatric specialties, neonatology and women’s health.

The healthcare system also includes the Orlando Health Medical Group, one of the largest physician groups in the region with seven divisions and more than 600 physicians who provide primary and specialty care for adults and children, a renowned cancer center – Orlando Health UF Health Cancer Center (with free-standing sites in downtown Orlando, the Dr. Phillips community in southwest Orlando, Lake Mary, Ocoee and Clermont); four outpatient surgery centers; 11 wholly-owned, affiliated or partnership urgent care centers; and a majority interest in an entity operating five outpatient imaging centers.

More than 3,100 physicians have privileges across the Orlando Health system, which is also one of the area’s largest employers with more than 20,200 employees who support our philosophy of providing high-quality care and service that revolves around patients’ needs. Orlando Health proves this everyday with more than 167,000 inpatient admissions, more than 2.7 million outpatient visits and more than 20,000 international patients each year. Additionally, Orlando Health provides more than $620 million in total value to the community in the form of charity care, community benefit programs and services, community building activities

Orlando Health is invested in guiding our patients — as well as our team members and the community — toward optimal health and well-being. Enhancement in services such as coordinated care, health screenings and lifestyle counseling can benefit all, from children to adults, and lead to improved detection, management and even prevention of many diseases and chronic illnesses.

Three major causes of death in the U.S. — obesity, heart disease and lung cancer — are largely preventable, with modifiable risk factors. Our prevention and wellness care focuses on identifying personal risk factors for developing these and other diseases, and providing the assistance needed to make lifestyle choices that will reduce or prevent those risks or help manage existing conditions.
