Rendina Companies

Rendina Companies has assembled an experienced team of professionals, including architects, engineers and general contractors to deliver its full-service programs. This affords each client the opportunity to work with highly qualified professionals who will accommodate the demands of sophisticated programming and project scopes. The Rendina Companies team provides its vast knowledge and experience in development of all our projects. We specialize in Medical Real Estate, Professional Office and Mixed Use Development

Rendina is a full-service, trusted leader in healthcare real estate, and one of the few remaining privately owned and privately funded developers with a national scope. A partner to healthcare providers for more than 30 years, Rendina has developed more than 7.75 million square feet of healthcare real estate throughout the country. Our passion is making our clients’ vision a reality. Through flexibility, transparency and a unique approach to scaling a rapidly changing healthcare environment, we deliver comprehensive solutions that connect physicians, hospitals and health systems to communities around the country.

Trust is a principle our clients value when selecting a development partner. Rendina is entrusted with our clients’ time and capital, and we have completed 114 of 115 facilities on time and within budget, resulting in 85% of our business being repeat business. We have partnered with 5 of the nation’s 10 largest health systems on transactions that amount to nearly $2 billion in financing — without ever defaulting on a loan.

Serving charitable organizations and the communities in which we do business is part of Rendina’s culture. We have donated over $6 million to organizations nationwide. With offices in 6 states and an Executive Management Team with an average tenure of 14 years, Rendina has the scale, experience and unmatched insight to make your vision a reality.

Philanthropy is a big part of our culture. In an effort to provide opportunities to volunteer and serve others in our local community, the Culture Committee within Rendina has started a program called Rendina Cares. This program will involve at least one monthly opportunity to volunteer at an event selected by a coworker and coordinated by the members of the Culture Committee. The intent is to promote even greater volunteerism and philanthropy in the office while supporting a variety of causes in our community.
