Timocco

Growing with Timocco is an interactive, motion based computer game for children with difficulties in motor control and cognitive skills, used in clinics, schools and at home. As part of occupational therapy or physiotherapy, adapted to each special need, motor and cognitive skills improve in a fun, safe and non-violent gaming environment. Each game focuses on specific abilities, and enables the user to select between levels of difficulty. The games can be adopted to the child’s specific needs. Performance results are saved in a database on the Internet or on a local network, and can be viewed and analysed any time Our team is dedicated to developing games that help children to overcome their disabilities in a playful and interactive way.

The Timocco experience provides a safe, educational and empowering gaming environment for children, and a platform that encourages the coping of everyday difficulties like physical or cognitive dysfunctions.
Our vision is to provide those children in need with a friendly gaming environment, which allows them to become active and engaged in a fun and challenging activity, just like other children surrounding them.

Timocco is an online, therapeutic gaming environment specifically designed for children with special needs. Using motion based technology, our games respond to the child’s movements. Timocco’s patented tracking software allows any webcam to identify and follow player’s movements by following objects held by the player.

Timocco’s mission is to provide motivating and meaningful games that are therapy orientated, thus encouraging the child to participate and progress to the best of their ability. Timocco’s broad range of games have been especially designed by Occupational Therapists to provide interactive and motivating opportunities for developing motor, cognitive and communication abilities. Results from each game are recorded to allow for easy tracking of progress.

It’s easy to leverage a child’s love for play with Timocco, a product that helps kids exercise motor, cognitive and communication skills by playing virtual motion games. Timocco games develop a child’s abilities across a range of disorders – ADHD, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, DCD, Dyspraxia, Learning Disabilities and physical trauma rehabilitation.
