  • Strengthen the Foundation Board in its role as philanthropic advocates for the Foundation

The Eskenazi Health Foundation was established as the Indiana Health Institute, Inc. in 1985 as a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit corporation. It changed names to become the Eskenazi Health Foundation in 2011.
