Our new system-wide values reflect responses for a “desired culture” from more than 7,600 YNHHS employees, leaders and physicians on the 2012 Values Assessment Survey. The values, which are expected to be demonstrated in both individual and organizational behaviors, are: patient-centered, accountability, integrity, respect and compassion.
