Logan Health – Conrad Adopts New Oracle Health EHR System
Logan Health – Conrad will become the fourth Logan Health critical access hospital to implement Oracle Health, the new electronic health record (EHR) system introduced by Billings Clinic—Logan Health, launching Saturday, November 1. The partnership with Oracle Health, established in October 2024, aims to unify medical records across the health system. The full rollout is expected to take about three years, beginning with hospitals in Cut Bank, Chester, Shelby, and Conrad.
“The new EHR offers key upgrades such as appointment reminders and real-time alerts,” said Vicki Newmiller, President of Logan Health – Shelby. “It will improve integration and streamline referrals, enhancing care for our critical access patients.”
From November 1–10, Logan Health Rural Health Clinic – Conrad will have limited appointment availability to help staff adjust to the new system. During this period, patients may experience longer wait times for calls, scheduling, and check-ins.
Patients visiting during the transition are encouraged to arrive early and bring their insurance card and photo ID to ensure accurate record entry. Logan Health – Conrad appreciates the community’s patience and understanding throughout this process.
