JOLIET – Patients at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center can now access key medical
information and services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Joliet hospital is launching MyRecord, an online patient portal to help patients and family members manage their healthcare easily and securely and improve the overall patient experience.
After enrolling, patients may review lab results, radiology reports, preventative health information, allergies and medications. They may view, download and print personal information from their electronic health record (EHR). Patients also can authorize a family member or friend to have access to the information, if they choose.
Patients will receive instructions for enrollment on their patient instruction form during their visit to the hospital. For information, visit www.presencehealth.org
