New Hope Treatment Centers Selects Core Solutions’ EHR Platform, Cx360

Core Solutions announces that New Hope Treatment Centers has selected Core’s Cx360 Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solution.

Core Solutions, Inc. (Core), a trusted electronic health records vendor for the behavioral health and human services industry, announced that New Hope Treatment Centers, LLC (New Hope), a holistic residential care facility, has selected Core’s Cx360 Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solution.

New Hope, which provides comprehensive residential treatment to children and their families, executed a multi-year search for an EHR vendor that could accommodate its unique mix of programs and services designed to treat both non-disabled and intellectually and/or developmentally disabled populations. After vetting nine prospective EHR vendors on the criteria of reputation, company relationships, price, platform flexibility and product features, Core was selected for its ability to meet the needs of New Hope and its community.

“Throughout the process, we struggled to find an EHR vendor that understood and could accommodate our unique mix of services, rather than boxing us into a mold as a hospital or outpatient practice,” said Eric Baumgartner, CEO and President of New Hope. “We are neither of those things, and upon meeting with Ravi Ganesan, President and CEO of Core, and experiencing his hands-on involvement, we saw that Core truly understands our business, both on a federal and granular level, and could genuinely meet our needs.”

Core’s Cx360 solution is designed to provide complex care communities with technology solutions needed to navigate the changing regulatory landscape and achieve desired outcomes around whole person care. Cx360 will allow New Hope to connect to North Carolina’s Health Information Exchange (HIE) by 2020, and meet the mandate enacted by the state’s legislature.

“We are pleased to partner with New Hope and provide the technology they need to capture the value of their nationally recognized holistic behavioral healthcare teams and programs,” said Ravi Ganesan, President and CEO of Core. “Finding an EHR vendor that understands the nuances of complex care can be an overwhelming process, and we are grateful for the opportunity to support New Hope and build a solution that empowers their mission of helping children and families live better lives.”
