Lifecare EHR serves as the core system for the wellbeing services counties, simplifying the work of social and healthcare professionals by offering a real-time, complete view of client and patient information.
The wellbeing services county of North Karelia has become a new customer of Tietoevry Care to implement the Lifecare EHR system. This system supports specialized medical care, primary healthcare, social services, oral health services, as well as mobile documentation and operational management for home care.
Meanwhile, the South Savo wellbeing services county has made a procurement decision for Lifecare EHR Social Care, having previously used the Lifecare EHR Healthcare system.
Lifecare EHR enhances collaboration and ensures safe care while freeing up time for professionals to engage more with clients and patients.

North Karelia serves approximately 163,400 residents, while South Savo serves around 130,000 residents in Finland.
The Lifecare EHR deployment will be carried out in close cooperation with the customers between 2025 and 2027.
Currently, Lifecare EHR is used in 16 wellbeing services counties, serving over 3 million Finnish citizens.
