Nightingale Informatix Corporation (“Nightingale” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: NGH), an application service provider (ASP) of electronic medical record (EMR) software and related services, announced that Mr. Peter Cauley, its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will be leaving the Company effective October 31, 2014.
A new CFO has been retained and will start his duties in the next few weeks.
