ChartRequest is refocusing efforts on the company’s cloud-based release-of-information solution. The web application allows healthcare providers to electronically receive and release information requests from health and payment information to insurance companies, patients, and other healthcare providers. “We thought it only fitting that our name reflect our focus,” explains Carly Stockdale, CEO, about the company’s transition from the name 5 O’Clock Records to ChartRequest.
The name change comes at a time of marked growth for the company. In the last 2 years, ChartRequest has received over 30,000 record requests for providers of all sizes across the country. As many clinics struggle to keep abreast of continuity of care and meaningful use guidelines, ChartRequest’s solution offers a streamlined, compliant workflow and secure, electronic release for all health information transfers.
“Our customers use our solution for a diverse set of critical release of information needs,” explains Carly Stockdale, CEO of ChartRequest. Large provider groups leverage the ChartRequest solution to limit the increased risk of exposure inherent to shared-information spaces.
