Office Ally announced today that it has selected WellTrackONE

medicare patients

Office Ally announced today that it has selected WellTrackONE to be its partner in administering annual wellness visits to Medicare patients of its provider clients nationwide. Such visits are an integral part of healthcare reform and are seen as a key element in reducing healthcare costs while improving the health status for seniors.

“In addition, the data that will be available through WellTrackONE will be a valuable information source for the kind of patient management that leads to better care.”

Office Ally will be integrating WellTrackONE into its EHR 24/7™ electronic healthcare records software over the next few months to provide a seamless solution for their clients. Through these critical wellness visits, WellTrackONE will capture over 280 data points that will help physicians identify the key risk factors of their patients. Once identified physicians can initiate treatment plans to prevent the onset of chronic illness and disease.

“This new product offering perfectly complements the Office Ally model of providing physicians easy and effective ways to leverage automation to enhance their practice, bring new efficiencies to their offices, and diversify their revenue streams,” said Brian O’Neill, founder and CEO of Office Ally. “In addition, the data that will be available through WellTrackONE will be a valuable information source for the kind of patient management that leads to better care.”

WellTrackONE will be working closely with Office Ally to generate all required Medicare reports and to provide Office Ally clients a comprehensive Annual Wellness Visit solution from patient contact, Medicare-eligibility verification and scheduling. All of this will be done with minimal impact on their staff and no change to the physician’s workflow.

“Because of the depth of services that Office Ally offers its clients, we are proud to be selected as the provider of a full-service Annual Wellness Visit solution,” stated Peter Bechtel, WellTrackONE CEO. “With the changes physicians are dealing with today, including reimbursement cuts, the integration of WellTrackONE with Office Ally’s solutions provides them with a significant clinical and financial advantage. They not only obtain a significant new revenue source but are provided with a population management tool that enhances their care plans and positions them for the changing healthcare landscape.”

WellTrackONE helps practices generate significant revenues and predict risk in their Medicare population by administering a full-service Annual Wellness Visit program with optional chronic care management. Further information may be obtained at sales@welltrackone.com.

Office Ally is the only organization in the country offering healthcare providers a full suite of revenue-cycle management services. In addition to its electronic health records product, its complete suite of interactive ASP Internet-based solutions includes a patient health registry – Patient Ally™, practice management software – Practice Mate™, and the OA-Rx e-prescribing module making electronic prescribing easy and safe while enhancing patient care. All of Office Ally’s products and services are offered at minimal or no cost to providers and are backed by one of healthcare’s largest customer and technical support centers available 24/7.

Founded in 2000 Office Ally currently works with more than 330,000 providers and 5,600 insurance carriers in all 50 states. It also houses eligibility for nearly 400 IPAs and small health plans. Further information may be obtained at www.officeally.com.
