OurHealth Hires New Chief Informational Officer

ourhealth

OurHealth, an independent provider of on-site and near-site primary care clinics for businesses of all sizes, has named Katie Meister Vicars as its new vice president of engagement.

In her new role, Vicars will be leading the client engagement team, playing a critical role in providing strategic engagement and service to OurHealth’s clients. In addition to providing client support with communication and account needs, she will also oversee the overall management of the clinics and their daily operations.

“I view this role as a true partnership between our clients, clinics and the engagement team,” Vicars stated. “I am passionate about serving OurHealth’s clients’ needs.”

Vicar’s prior experience ranges from product development, marketing communications, dental program and product management, as well as chief of staff duties for the president and CEO of Anthem. Most recently, she served as an account executive for Anthem National Accounts, where she was the lead client contact for several large, complex, multi-citied clients.

“We are very excited to have Katie joining our team,” Ben Evans, chief executive officer at OurHealth said. “Her depth of experience will undoubtedly serve our clients well.”

In May 2014, OurHealth committed to investing $20 million in an expansion that would increase the size of its Indianapolis headquarters and create 450 new jobs by 2018. OurHealth currently operates primary care clinics for businesses in Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.
