“The physicians and hospital administration of Doylestown Hospital continuously strive to pursue and deliver healthcare excellence,” said Richard Lang, EdD, CIO, of Doylestown Hospital. “We needed an EHR that worked in tandem with our mission to provide community-focused healthcare throughout our system. We believe that eClinicalWorks is a great fit for Doylestown Hospital and Doylestown Health to ensure care quality across multi-specialty healthcare organizations is accomplished.”

The eClinicalWorks cloud-based 10e EHR allows Doylestown Hospital to streamline and improve overall efficiency and communications, while reducing costs. The cloud-centric platform helps connect more than 50 specialties to create a community-wide longitudinal record and gives providers anywhere, anytime, any device access to their schedules and to the complete patient record. Doylestown is leveraging healow Messenger for comprehensive patient outreach. Messenger has automated many functions that previously required a time-consuming manual effort, such as chronic care disease management alerts or annual visit reminders. The eClinicalWorks Patient Portal has encouraged patients to download and use the healow mobile health app, which integrates directly with many wearables to monitor vital patient statistics and imports the information directly into the EHR for provider review.

“Doylestown Hospital is dedicated to a high standard of patient safety and care quality,” said Girish Navani, CEO and co-founder of eClinicalWorks. “The successful implementation of eClinicalWorks 10e will allow Doylestown Hospital to continue down that path, with flexible technology focused on improving patient care. We look forward to working with Doylestown Hospital to enhance its delivery of collaborative care from multiple sources across its network.”
