Study Names Zoeticx Prominent Player in Expanding Global Healthcare Middleware Market

Zoeticx, Inc., the developer of medical software that bridges the gap between medical data and quality patient care, announced today it has been named a prominent player in the growing healthcare middleware market. Other organizations named as leaders by report publisher MarketsandMarkets include Corepoint Health (US), Cerner Corporation (US), Epic Systems Corporation (US), Fujitsu (Japan), IBM Corporation (US), InterSystems Corporation (US), Oracle Corporation (US), Microsoft Corporation (US), Orion Health (New Zealand), Red Hat (US), Software AG (Germany), TIBCO Software (US), Ascom (Switzerland) and Informatica (US).

In its middleware research report “Healthcare Middleware Market by Type Communication (RPC, Message Oriented Middleware), Platform (Web, Portal, Database), Integration (ESB, BPM, BAM), Application (Clinical), Deployments Model (On-premise, Cloud), End User – Global Forecast to 2023” the study expects the market to reach USD 3.07 Billion by 2023 from USD 1.90 Billion in 2018, at a CAGR of 10.0%.

“The healthcare dream of system wide middleware interoperability is growing,” said Zoeticx CEO Thanh Tran. “The days of false promises and fake interoperability are over. Not only have we delivered on connectivity but delivered a system which integrates new revenue streams and better patient outcomes, our goal from the beginning has been achieved.”

Customers Cite Zoeticx Middleware in Black Book Research Survey

Zoeticx was previously named as one of the highest ranked middleware Electronic Health Record (EHR) integrators in a customer satisfaction survey conducted by Black Book Research in its latest middleware survey. The survey, in association with its annual interoperability survey of 2,012 provider Health Information Exchange (HIE) users and 2,300 payer HIE users, along with 4,100 prospective HIE users, finds that payers are accelerating private HIE executions while providers are evaluating HIE replacements with middleware options.

The company recently launched the ProVizion application suite which integrates care within adult primary care settings. The cloud solution suite streamlines data integration of Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services’ (CMS) and Collaborative Care Model (CCM) services, including Annual Wellness Visits (AWV), Chronic Care Management and Care Transition between physical and behavioral health services.

CCM is critical for shifting CMS costs from acute to preventative care services with a 6:1 cost savings ratio. Hospital systems and other healthcare facilities will benefit by offering these services and creating a new revenue center through reimbursements by CMS.

ProVizion is deployed at the Rehobath McKinley Christian Healthcare Services (RMCHS) in Gallup, New Mexico, an integrated rural non-profit hospital that serves a large community suffering from alcoholism and requiring behavioral treatment. Since the installation RMCHS’ business is growing with full or near-full coverage compliance. RMCHS is also receiving a bonus check from Medicare for containing costs, in addition to the new revenues being generated. During the first five months of using the Zoeticx app, the new revenue has matched the financial incentive from its ACO, with the outlook of at least doubling the bonus from the ACO. Furthermore, RMCHS does not increase its current operational cost to achieve this type of outcome.

About Zoeticx

Zoeticx offers software solutions for the healthcare industry which are dedicated to improving patient outcomes, enhancing the quality of care, containing costs, and simplifying administration. These solutions offer an immediate increase in the quality of care by delivering the right information to the right caregiver at the right time, in a manner that can be easily understood.  Additionally, as the Affordable Care Act continues to roll out, healthcare providers will face new challenges which arise whenever there is a transition from an old system of doing business to a new one. Zoeticx helps solve those challenges, allowing care providers to focus on what is most important, the patient.
