UST Secures $2 Billion in AI-Driven Healthcare Transformation Deals

The agreements center on AI-driven personalization, data utilization, operational transformation, automation, and advanced digital platforms.

UST, a global digital technology and transformation firm based in Aliso Viejo, California, has secured engagements exceeding $2 billion.

Reports indicate that these partnerships involve three leading healthcare organizations, aiming to drive AI-powered innovation and transform the healthcare technology landscape.

A company spokesperson noted that one “cornerstone engagement” will leverage data from over 70 million covered individuals to generate personalized insights.

The multi-year collaborations highlight UST’s expanding presence in the healthcare technology sector, focusing on AI-driven personalization, operational transformation, automation, and next-generation digital platforms.

UST plans to apply its healthcare expertise, AI and data intelligence capabilities, and the Evolve platform to deliver human-centered, efficient, and scalable solutions for healthcare payers and insurers. The **Evolve** strategy enables the company to identify and design high-impact solutions that create value across diverse scales and systems.

UST also brings deep expertise in managing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) technology platforms, enabling large-scale transformation for health insurers seeking agility and speed. The company plans to further invest in infrastructure and innovation to support both clients and the communities they serve.

Anand Nair, Head of Healthcare and Life Sciences at UST, stated that the company is proud to lead transformation at this scale. “Through these partnerships, we aim to help clients move beyond legacy models by leveraging data intelligence, automation, and design thinking to create more efficient systems and better health outcomes,” he said.

Kailash Attal, Chief Solutions Officer at UST, added that the company’s healthcare approach is rooted in purposeful personalization. “Using our Design for Happiness methodology and data platforms, we help healthcare payers shift from generic engagements to individualized experiences, improving patient outcomes while enhancing organizational performance,” he said.

Founded in 1998, UST employs over 30,000 professionals worldwide and operates across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and India. The company emphasizes AI, cloud transformation, and data modernization to drive innovation across industries, including healthcare, banking, and retail.
