Vivor Partners with Yale New Haven Health to Reduce Patient Financial Burden Vivor

Vivor, LLC (Vivor), the leading financial assistance technology platform for healthcare providers, today announced its continued growth with the addition of new customer Yale New Haven Health (YNHHS). Vivor will be used by YNHHS’s Medication Assistance Program across its outpatient treatment facilities in Connecticut.

The two-year contract, which includes integration with YNHHS’s Epic electronic health record, enables YNHHS to centralize its medication assistance workflows onto a single, cloud-based platform. The improved efficiency, along with Vivor’s ability to proactively identify financial assistance options across hundreds of nationally available programs, will allow the Medication Assistance Program to reach far more patients than it can today. Vivor has projected that YNHHS will be able to offset millions of dollars per year in patient out-of-pocket costs.

“We’re incredibly honored to be working with the Medication Assistance Program at Yale New Haven Health,” said Ian Manners, CEO of Vivor. “Yale New Haven Health is a recognized leader in addressing patient financial burden, and their decision further validates our belief that Vivor can meet the needs of the most sophisticated and complex healthcare settings.”

YNHHS joins a long and growing list of hospitals and group practices across the country who have chosen to build a financial navigation capability on the Vivor platform. Vivor’s advanced workflow and reporting capabilities allow provider organizations of any size to improve patient experience and reduce bad debt by maximizing the use of financial assistance programs.

About Vivor
