What Are Pod Salts?

Everyone knows how hard it is to get rid of a habit, especially if it’s a bad one. It’s even harder to get rid of an addiction. Most people start smoking when they’re in their teenage years, and when they want to quit, it’s almost impossible. It feels as if cigarettes are ingrained into your personality. Whenever you have five minutes to spare, you light one up.

Most people start smoking because they want to be cool or accepted by their friends. Now, one cigarette will not make you an avid smoker. The more often you do it, the worse it gets. The biggest misconception people have is that they can stop smoking at any time. Sometimes, they want to prove it to you. Click here to read more.

A good way to see if someone close to you has a problem is to bet with them that they can’t last for a week or a month without taking a single puff. They will almost always accept because they don’t think they have a problem. The first temptations come in a few hours, and it gets worse every passing minute. Nicotine is not a child’s playing toy, and it should be dealt with carefully.

Should you make a switch?

The first step to solve any problem is first to acknowledge that it exists. If you’re one of those people, congratulations, you’re on a great way. Instant quitting is never a good option because your mind will want to play tricks on you. It’s a constant mental battle between your cravings and your decisiveness to quit. A great way to solve the problem is to find a middle ground, which can be done by vaping.

There have already been millions of people who have quit cigarettes and replaced them with healthier options. We call it a middle-ground because it gets you off the high nicotine levels in cigarettes, and gradually decreases the dosage. That gives you the flexibility to pick your own pace and set the tempo to quit.

What are pod salts?

Pod Salts are a type of e-liquid that you put in a vape. They provide an excellent and smooth experience, that’s so similar to smoking, you wouldn’t even notice the difference. However, there is a vast difference between the two. First of all, most vaping products contain nicotine, vegetable glycerine, flavorings, and propylene glycol.

All of these are much safer for your organism than a regular cigarette. They are different from regular juices because they are made differently. They’re made by mixing nicotine salts with acids that exist in the tobacco plant. This means you get your craving satisfied, and it lasts for longer.

That’s a plus right off the start. Now, if you want to quit, there are a few things you need to do beforehand. The first thing is to classify yourself as a heavy, moderate, or light smoker. This will be useful when you pick a nicotine dosage. View this link for more info https://www.addictionsandrecovery.org/quit-smoking/how-to-quit-smoking-plan.htm

What dosage should you get?

We’ll start with the heaviest category first, meaning the people who light more than twenty cigs in a day. These people will have the hardest time getting rid of their addiction. That’s mainly because their body is already used to a high level of substances. If you fall into this category, you need to start with around 18 to 20 milligrams of nicotine packs. It’s still less than what you’re usually getting, but it’s enough to satisfy your cravings.

The biggest problem is that people want to quit immediately. They cut off everything from the start, and they somehow get back into their habits. It would be best if you took some time and wrote your goal on a piece of paper. The goal doesn’t have to be too big. It can be as little as vaping several times a day. When you see how many times you do it per day, decrease the number for the following week by one.

You can do one time less each day for an entire week. That’s not a lot, and it’s achievable. After some time, you will fall into the medium category. People in this category are used to around 10 to 15 cigs a day. They only need pod salt options that have 10 to 12 milligrams of nicotine in order to feel satisfied. Do the same goal-setting process as we mentioned before, and you will get great results.

Finally, the people who fall into the light category only need 3 to 6 milligrams. They are already close to zero, and when you get up to this point, you are almost at the finish line. You should know that vaping is also much cheaper than regular smoking. You can save up a lot of money in the long run. But, what’s most important is getting rid of your bad habits and becoming healthy and happy.
