ZenCharts, a division of Sanomedics, Inc. (OTC: SIMH), announced that it secured an exclusive three-year contract to provide Electronic Health Records (“EHR”) software to Solutions Recovery Center, an operator of Addiction Treatment Services in the South Florida region.

“After reviewing the competitive landscape, we selected ZenCharts because of the numerous product features that the ZenCharts’ solution offers. These features include an easy to use interface, HIPPA compliance and automated alerts,” said Dan Callahan CEO of Solutions Recovery Center. In addition, Mr. Callahan stated, “As Addiction Recovery Services enters a period of rapid growth, key components of a profitable and successful patient care center include faster reimbursement times and cost containment. We believe ZenCharts is on the cutting edge of providing a long-term software solution that satisfies both these requirements.”

Keith Houlihan CEO of ZenCharts and President of Sanomedics commented, “Our recent strategic investment in ZenCharts is already adding value to our organization.” Furthermore, he added, “Industry experts like Mr. Callahan and his team at Solutions Recovery Center have recognized the value our software solution brings to the table. We expect more operators to adopt our solution in the near future.”

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
