Aceso and Samsung Partner to Enhance Interactive Patient Care

Aceso and Samsung have entered into a strategic partnership to provide interactive patient care and digital signage solutions for hospitals and health systems across North America.

The collaboration combines Samsung’s advanced display technology with Aceso’s enterprise software to enhance communication and engagement in modern healthcare settings—from patient rooms to public spaces.

As a certified developer on Samsung’s Tizen and Tep operating systems, Aceso enables seamless integration of digital signage and patient engagement solutions across Samsung’s commercial healthcare displays.

Todd Babineau, co-founder and chief operating officer of Aceso Interactive, said:
“Our partnership with Samsung represents a shared commitment to transforming the healthcare experience through intelligent, easy-to-use technology. By integrating our platform with Samsung’s reliable display infrastructure—across both the Tizen and Tep operating systems—we’re enabling health systems to communicate more effectively, engage patients more deeply, and operate more efficiently within a unified, scalable ecosystem.”

The joint solution supports virtual care, facility-wide communication, staff messaging, entertainment, and patient education, all while leveraging existing Samsung hardware within healthcare facilities.

Hospitals across North America are adopting the combined platform to enhance patient experiences, reduce complexity, and streamline implementation.

Richard Leonarz, Director of Hospitality TV Product Management at Samsung Electronics America, said:
“Aceso’s proven healthcare software, combined with Samsung’s display innovation, creates a powerful solution for hospitals advancing their digital transformation efforts. This collaboration enables health systems to deliver consistent, high-quality communication and engagement through trusted Samsung technology.”

In October 2025, Collette Health also announced an integration partnership with Aceso to offer virtual care services directly through hospital in-room televisions—eliminating the need for additional hardware.
