ACOs leveraging CareSignal also produced 14% higher average scores for CAHPS® measures related to Stewardship of Patient Resources, 3.75% higher average scores for Shared Decision Making, and 1.5% higher average scores for Health Promotion and Education when compared to ACOs not using CareSignal.
