BI-Clinical is one of the most widely used business intelligence (BI) and analytics platforms in the healthcare industry, with deployments in over 4,500 provider locations across North America, covering more than 30 million lives and 700,000 physicians. BI-Clinical offers an extensive set of pre-built apps that cover more than 600 key performance indicators (KPIs) around clinical, financial, operational and regulatory requirements – the largest measure library in the industry. The platform enables health plans to address a wide range of quality reporting needs, including HEDIS, Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Star, Meaningful Use (MU), Patient Quality Reporting System (PQRS) and other contractual measures. In addition, BI-Clinical’s pre-built apps help customers proactively engage with member populations, improve quality of care and reduce overall per member per month (PMPM) cost.

“We are delighted to receive the NCQA certification for the fourth consecutive year,” said Jeffrey Springer, Vice President, Healthcare Solutions at CitiusTech. “The HEDIS 2016 certification further strengthens our commitment to helping healthcare organizations meet regulatory compliance effectively. As the industry embraces value-based care, we are poised to provide quality solutions to our clients and together improve patient care.”
